It means choosing who will tell your story.

Look at a whole wedding, not just Instagram

On Instagram, it’s easy to show off the best photographs.

But a wedding doesn’t last just a minute.

It lasts a whole day.

Always ask to see a complete portfolio.

The preparations, the ceremony, the reception, the after-party.

It’s the only way to tell if that photographer can truly tell a story from start to finish.

Choose a style that will still move you in thirty years’ time

Fashions change.

Memories don’t.

That’s why I prefer elegant, authentic and timeless images.

Photographs that don’t need to follow a trend to move you.

Feel free to be yourselves

The photographer will be with you for most of the day.

If, during your first meeting, you feel listened to, relaxed and understood, you’ve probably found the right person.

That trust shows in the photographs.

Don’t look for the person who takes the most photographs

Look for the person who tells the story best.
